Before we start
Good to know before booking.
How soon could you start?
We can usually schedule work within about a week after you approve the quote. Timing depends on the job, existing bookings, and weather.
How quickly will you reply?
We usually respond to texts and emails within two hours. It may take longer outside working hours or while we’re on a job.
Do I need to be there?
Usually not. We’ll confirm access and any preparation before the appointment.
Do you need an on-site water supply?
Having water available is preferable but not required. Let us know if there isn’t a water supply so we can plan for it.
What happens if it rains or is windy?
We may reschedule if weather affects the work or the result, usually within a week depending on conditions.
Do you clean gutters?
We currently clean gutter exteriors. If you need the inside of the gutters cleaned, we can discuss that case by case before quoting.
Can you remove graffiti from a painted surface?
On previously painted surfaces, we generally paint over graffiti because removers can strip the original finish. Bare masonry may be suitable for removal after we assess it.
How can I pay?
